Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and very clean, albeit a bit outdated. Surprisingly, we were upgraded to a room with a balcony at a cheaper rate than our original booking. The service was outstanding; the staff went above and beyond to assist us, even arranging a mechanic quickly for only 20 Euro. The location, though lacking sufficient lighting, had a charming traditional Italian feel and was close to the beach. Unfortunately, the dining experience was subpar with limited options and slow service.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a nice terrace, but the lack of a view was a letdown. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to help us out, but the dining experience left much to be desired. The location had a charming residential feel but needed better lighting. Overall, it was a comfortable and clean stay with friendly service, but with room for improvement in dining and location lighting.
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The room, despite being downstairs without windows, had a nice bathroom and a balcony, and the lift was very neat and clean. The king-size bed and fridge added to the comfort. Interestingly, we were offered a room with a balcony at a cheaper rate than the one we had booked.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms varied from immaculate to less expensive options with a nice terrace but no view. The service was friendly and helpful, though the staff's control over clients seemed lacking. The location was more residential, offering an Italian vibe, but not ideal for quick access to central Genova. Despite the affordable price, the dining experience left much to be desired. The facilities were average, lacking in some areas.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were exceptionally neat and clean, featuring a comfortable king-size bed and a convenient fridge. The substantial balcony was perfect for enjoying meals, and the bathrooms were luxuriously appointed. Going early is key to avoiding any rush, but overall, the facilities were great.
I was pleasantly surprised when we got upgraded to a room with a balcony for a cheaper rate than what we booked. The rooms were spotless and even found my cellphone charger waiting for me in the room. The service was excellent, always ready to help. However, the location, although it had free on-site parking, was a bit inconvenient for central Genova and needed better lighting. The dining experience was disappointing with limited food options and a dark basement room for meals.
My stay in Genova was a delightful mix of comfort and convenience. The rooms were neat and clean, and surprisingly, the upgrade to one with a balcony was both spacious and more affordable. The service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff throughout. Although the location wasn't ideal for central Genova exploration, the residential neighborhood had a charming Italian vibe. The dining experience was subpar, but the on-site free parking was a plus.
The hotel had a spacious and clean room with a nice terrace, although it had a few stairs which might be inconvenient for some. The room was relatively small for three people.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and clean, although a bit outdated. The hotel had a substantial balcony which was nice for relaxing. The bathrooms were well-appointed, making the stay comfortable. However, I did have a minor issue finding a charging port for my cellphone in my room.
I stayed at this hotel and found it to have a nice balcony to enjoy meals and well-appointed bathrooms. The room was a bit small for three people but still pleasant. The service was incredibly helpful, especially to my disabled father. The location was great for exploring Liguria by car, though better lighting is needed to find it easily from the motorway exit. The dining experience was limited but adequate. The facilities were good overall.
